Win10 VM doesn't work (single GPU)

Hello everyone, I was following this guide for a seccond time on my EndevourOS machine, the first time around was on a ArchGUI install and it all worked great. I can't remove display spice anymore I get this problem:

  This is a simple, mostly automated guide to pass a GPU through to a VM.

Update: After following this guide, I now have a black screen instead of where I was locked up before, so progress? I don't know what's causing this, and of course I could not delete the QLX stuff like the guide wanted to. I'll retry the solutions on the comments here and see if I get lucky.
