SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
For PIN, the master key is encrypted (or hashed with salt?) by the PIN and stored in the memory. Some condition will wipe the memory. See https://github.com/bitwarden/browser/issues/997
Biometric, I havent checked, but on cursory glance here (https://github.com/bitwarden/desktop/commit/26b023a3cba0634e477f08e6556fcd40d9ef1e7d) it seems to use same strategy, except PIN is replaced by biometric token generated by the OS framework (Hello or Touch ID).
