InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
That said, if you wanted something that provides some nice dependency-management and config-grouping features out of the box, packer exists for Neovim users.
Volt supports this. See the "plugconf" in the README.
If you want to go a somewhat DIY path, you can take a look at my "extension" for minpac for loading packages only when certain filetype is loaded https://gitlab.com/egzvor/vimfiles/-/blob/main/plugin/minpac-for.vim . I made so that the bare Vim was faster to start, in case I just want to edit some plain text or markdown. There is also a "config" option to specify a file that is loaded after a plugin.
