A friendly tool to manage debt (by bertvandepoel)

Hey guys, I'm trying to make a container for an application called tabby, I almost have it working but I believe the issue is with the .htaccess file. I am able to launch the application and go through the initial install page. After this is done, I get sent to the homepage where I can login, when I try to login, I get an error page from apache saying the resource is not found. I've never extensively worked with apache before so any help would be greatly appreciated. The GitHub with all of my files is located at https://github.com/parksauce/tabby, my apache2.conf file is here, and lastly here is a link to a screenshot of the error page I get when attempting to login https://imgur.com/a/38NRaTN.
