  • ELEGOO_Neptune2_Cura

This is a Cura profile for the ELEGOO Neptune 2

  • Here comes the however, when I try to make my own dual extruder print it does not work. I tried Ultimaker Cura (Currently 4.13 with the profiles found here (https://github.com/Toylerrr/ELEGOO_Neptune2_Cura).

  • SuperSlicer

G-code generator for 3D printers (Prusa, Voron, Creality, etc.)

  • Cura is not optimized for dual extruder printing, the options are fairly limited, have you tried doing 2 models with different extruders or multi part models with separate extruders? There may be some conflict with the support extruder assignment, I would be curious to see a copy of the gcode file that's not working. Have you tried SuperSlicer yet? It is much better for the multimaterial printing, https://github.com/supermerill/SuperSlicer/releases/tag/2.4.58.2 this is the version you want for the most options, and here are the profiles . Also just a heads up the 2D is mainly aimed at multicolor, you may run into issues with multiple material types on the same print since it's a shared nozzle, if everything doesn't purge completely you will have problems.
