Looks like the style you are using tries to render the BibTeX key for the item but it contains underscores which leads to TeX rendering problems. I'd try to remove the underscores from the key and see whether it resolves the issue. As a more general solution you can use the "Better BibTeX" Zotero extension (https://retorque.re/zotero-better-bibtex/) in which key generation is customizable.
