Minecraft crash help! [java] (actually forge)

The crash is happening inside of code for the doggytalents mod, but that doesn't appear to be the culprit. According to this bug report for doggytalents the actual cause of the crash is not mentioned in the crash report because of this forge bug. The cause might be in the full latest.log. Or you could try removing mods and starting the game to find the culprit.

That seems to be this Apotheosis bug. It's fixed in 1.15.2 and up, but not 1.14.4. It might work on an older version of Forge for 1.14.4.
