Are such keycaps with info about the layers available? i am new to ortholinear. Bought a used planck and fell in love with it but it's frustrating to use.

I think it's better to build a representation of your layer map in KLE, save it as a PNG, and then display it somewhere on your screen while you're internalizing it.
