as others have suggested, you can use libreddit and teddit for reddit. linkedin has no alternatives at the moment. and i don't think there will be. same for facebook. also, facebook is very hostile to the idea of alternative fronrends. they have sent cease and desist letter to the developer of barinsta(an Instagram client).
