    • More technical details are in the readme on GitHub, but basically you send an NFT to this contract and it makes a new ERC-20 token and transfers you the full balance. You can then distribute those tokens as shares of ownership of the NFT. If someone owns 100% of the tokens, they can withdraw the NFT, which destroys the ERC-20 token contract.
