Currently the exercise is pretty basic, but there is already an open feature request for that: https://github.com/ShacharHarshuv/open-ear/issues/87. I can't guarantee I will be able to work on it in the near future, but feel free to add a thumb up and maybe someone will implement it. Thanks for showing interest in the app!
