Well have I got the github project for you! Tiktok, for whatever reason, has absolutely no authentication on their text to speech APIs, so you can just send whatever text you like over to them and they will dutifully send you back an audio file. But try to keep this on the down low, they might not appreciate the unauthorised use ;). Because this is new, exciting research in the field of breaking TikTok's terms of service, there's not exactly a user friendly way of accessing it yet, but at least a kind programmer has made a program that makes it a little bit easier.
One more thing, if you don't want to use the command line every time (as fun as it is), once you have everything set up you should be able to open the script by just double-clicking main.py, and it'll put voice.mp3 into the folder that main.py is in (overwriting it if it already exists!). Also, you can make the program a little more convenient with some basic Python knowledge: if you only ever want to use en_us_006, you can replace the line text_speaker = input("Voice: ") with text_speaker = "en_us_006" in a text editor (Notepad on Windows works, but if you're on Mac do be careful that you disable smart quotes in TextEdit's options, or try Sublime Text). But that's extra credit. I wish you good luck!
