I am super glad to announce RepliByte (https://github.com/Qovery/replibyte) - an open-source tool to synchronize cloud databases and obfuscate sensitive data. One of the most important features I am working on is database subsetting. Database subsetting is super valuable to restore a subset of a production database for a development purpose while keeping your data/relations consistent. It is useful when your prod database is very large (> GB / TB).
What deficiencies did Jailer (which I assume you've tried) have? I've never used it before, but I assume it would just mean dumping a subset of rows in a table and following all foreign key references to completion. Is there something not covered by that flow?
