I find "deploy to heroku" buttons, and other similar experiences to be extremely good for new developers. Furthermore, the completely free postgres offering on Heroku is really ace for students. I've made 2 remix "stacks" aka templates to enable people to get a React Remix app off the ground with postgres extremely fast with either Heroku or render.com. They both have 1 click deploys :)
