Ah, looks like some of those env variables are empty. Could you fill them out? I'm not sure whether this issue is in the app or the docker configuration. Either way, if the issue doesn't resolve, please create an issue at https://github.com/Kukkee/Kukkee/issues with all the details so that we can look into it. Anyway, we'll release our Docker Hub image soon, along with the docs!
