  • FXGL

Java / JavaFX / Kotlin Game Library (Engine)

  • I can highly recommend FXGL https://github.com/AlmasB/FXGL to get started building simpler 2d games before looking into 3d engines which can be daunting unless that’s what you are in for. Nice and easy api’s with everything you need as well as lots of example games to learn from.

  • Peepo-Wars-Remake

A much better remake of my original WIP game

  • And as a bonus here is a game I made a few years ago while I was learning as well (kudos to my graphics artist for the visuals and the music was also by another colleague). Feel free to critique the code, it was fairly scuffed when I wrote it but it basically encompasses a lot of the information I was learning at the time from other repos Peepo Wars gif on the page is out dated l, looks much better on the released version.
