  • QuickSwitch

  • So without further ado I decided to root my phone and make use of this Magisk Module which enables the Pie Recents systemlessly for all supported launchers. I have been using the Lawnchair Launcher (Alpha) with the QuickSwitch module for quite some time now and everything feels performant and glitch-free.

  • android_vendor_lawnchair

  • I'm already doing this for my own custom Calyx builds to be able to use Lawnchair. You just have to include this vendor module in your build, and Lawnchair will be included with all the permissions it needs. And if you look at the code there, the only .apk's required are Lawnchair's, no need for the QuickSwitch .apk since it's setting that permission directly.

  • Lawnchair

    Discontinued No clever tagline needed

  • What launcher would you want to use with this? I can't speak for Hyperion, but you really aren't missing much on Lawnchair. If you were expecting to use some of its old features from the Android 9.0 days, you should know that basically all of those extra features are gone.
