  Starting project template for Rust Tide server and Svelte

Working on a project and thought I would share a starting template for those curious to use Rust Tide backend with Svelte frontend. I go through an example using Tide Session middleware. https://github.com/jbertovic/svelte-tide-project. Tide users - if you have a look, just glance to make sure I'm not doing anything incorrectly in the back-end.
