The file can be found here and all you need to do is place this file in the resource folder of the skin you are using and it will replace the default color scheme with my Dracula-inspired one. I am not affiliated with Dracula and the file I edited can be found here. I also am not very knowledgeable with color theory so if someone else wants to make tweaks and edits feel free.
