  • rakkasjs

Bleeding-edge React framework powered by Vite

  • I, for one, enjoy doing this (I even built my own framework from scratch. But most people don't want to make a shovel first so they can dig. They just want to dig. If you have a hand made shovel that works for you, good for you. Most people don't have one and don't want to spend time and energy on building one. That's reasonable.

  • bulletproof-react

🛡️ ⚛️ A simple, scalable, and powerful architecture for building production ready React applications.

  • Well I'm not starting from `create-react-app` things like firebase and/or route53 are pretty easy to boiler plate and get your CI/CD pipeline up and running quickly even things like this. I don't want this to come off as hate for next or remix or any new tech. I think as developers we tend to gravitate towards the shinning new thing, over looking flaws or issues because it's new and shiny. I like and hate that about the industry, I think sometimes it's good to take a step back and evaluate needs on a case by case basis.

  • react-static

⚛️ 🚀 A progressive static site generator for React.

  • Can you elaborate on why? What is the difference to Gatsby? Also, is the project still alive? Looking at the commit history, there doesn't seem to be that much going on since 2,5 years https://github.com/react-static/react-static/graphs/code-frequency
