That screenshot is Lunarvim (community made config for neovim).
here are 5 of the more popular pre set-up vim as an IDE configurations. you can find even more here. feel free to research how vim actually is by browsing plugins, visiting the r/vim and r/Neovim subreddits, or joining various active discord and discourse servers.
My neovim config acts as a pretty full-fledged IDE. It has LSP, treesitter and loads of other stuff. You can check my config if you want to. Lately, I have been working on a major change in my neovim configuration which includes functionality for presenting using neovim and org-mode for neovim. Yeah... I am pretty much making neovim my operating system.
That being said, my neovim config is also available. I've also configured that to look nice, but I don't have any screenshot of that.
Have you given Omnisharp-vim a try?
if you’re used to vscode and would prefer to keep using it while also using vim, there are two major plugins that provide support for it within vscode. vscode-neovim utilizes neovim’s goal of providing an api so that one can use the actual neovim program within other IDEs/text editors rather than simulating it, and VSCodeVim seeks to emulate vim within vscode (and has been extant for much longer than vscode-neovim).
