    • Shimmering Obsidian is an Alfred Obsidian workflow that can do what you want, but it may be overkill. I'm using SimpleNote on both my Mac and Android for quick capture (it's similar to Google Keep but supports Markdown), but, even though it is super fast (faster than Obsidian), it does introduce friction to the process (I cut and paste from SimpleNote to Obsidian). I don't mind the friction, though, since the pause allows the idea to take shape a bit, which works well for me. Hope this helps.
