None of the the active termux maintainers have access to playstore account and some other important stuff like termux.com server/dns, etc. Only the termux creator fornwall has access and he has been non-responsive for many months. We asked him to unpublish the apps immediately when the vulnerabilities were discovered but there has been no response or action from him. That's why we have been aggressively pushing depreciation notice everywhere possible (including an in-terminal banner when users upgrade their termux-tools package), to sway users from installing from playstore and if they already have, then to move to F-Droid/Github. That's all we can do unfortunately.
