  1. syncthing-android

Discontinued Wrapper of syncthing for Android. (by syncthing)

Especially write access (but not only) to the "external" sdcard (as in the actual microSD in the device, as opposed to some sdcard directory in some partition on phone's flash) has been a thorny issue for many years; while I'm doing my best not to be today a total crank it's very hard when mentioning these issues. It feels like there's a war to netflixify the computing experience for everyone; I mean sure, I get it "regular people" shouldn't bother with files they say, ok, but there would be SOME power users, let them do their stuff in peace.

  3. rcx

    Rclone for Android

There is an option although it seems to be a bit abandoned lately but may work for you, rcx (a rclone UI for Android) supports adding a SAF folder as remote and, using rclone, serving it over, at least, WebDav, HTTP and FTP.

  4. prim-ftpd

    FTP server app for android

Funny thing I've found this but didn't try it because of this issue where somehow I read all the responses from the owner of the project like SAF not supported. My bad, thanks for opening my eyes.
