SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
You can use RSS Obsidian to follow your newsletter and save them as notes. Or you can use the browser-plugin MarkDownload to manually download the newsletter into your vault. You could also automate this by importing your Substack-RSS-Feed into the bookmarking service pinboard via a IFTTT-applet and then automatically importing your pinboard links into your daily notes via the plugin pinboard synch, but that would just create a link to your substack, not a note, so forget that. I'd go with the RSS-Reader and also use it for other feeds.
