I'm gonna use this opportunity to shamelessly advertise a plugin I made, but it's actually made exactly for this purpose: It's supposed to help server admins stay anonymous, although mostly so that admins can play on the server themselves without being treated differently, not as a serious measure to prevent doxxing. You can define a special subdomain that staff members can use to log into their special staff accounts.
