I would much rather prefer having a custom createAsyncThunk generated specifically for my store. Things would be much better if we had partial argument inference because we could write things like createAsyncThunk letting the type with ? be inferred from usage and only provide necessary types. Unfortunately, it's not the case and I think it's the responsibility of the lib author to save users from having to explicitly provide types that could be inferred. If you are interested, I implement both approaches of generating a function that encapsulates the specific user type and dealing with the lack of support of partial argument inference in tss-react. You can also check out type-route it's a very well-made library that never require to explicitly import a type helper.
