Would you consider using something like hellonext.co or uservoice to manage feature and site requests? One of y'all mentioned Kenmei, and I saw that they had a request board. (I'd never heard of it, so I wanted to look into it; looks nice, just wish it was OSS.) It could help with determining the order on which to work on things.
