InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
If you do want to DIY this and manage it yourself, I would go with a cloud VPS provider rather than hosting onsite. Something like Linode/DigitalOcean/Vultr would probably be best for you because the billing is very straightforward. These cloud providers also offer backup services relatively inexpensively, which you should definitely get. NextCloud seems like it would cover your needs and you could set that up on the server. I would not host email yourself, use a provider that offers IMAP/SMTP access and allows you to use your own domain, and integrate it into Nextcloud using Nextcloud Mail. For a website, if you are just looking to host a static site, use Cloudflare Pages.
