  • So, how you do it. You need a text file with names and descriptions of locations, and the routes between them, like this. (I knocked this up a few weeks back because I was tired of seeing people doing it wrong.)

  • OpenSimplex2

Successors to OpenSimplex Noise, plus updated OpenSimplex.

  • Yea, I just started playing it, hopefully it'll give me some inspiration for my own (mostly) text based game. I might mix in some 2d or 3d graphics for particular parts, like a skill based blacksmithing mechanic. So far, I've only worked on (and almost finished) a Texas Hold'em feature where I hope to make the algorithm perform better than myself, otherwise I'll have to nerf it somehow. I'm also thinking of doing some random level generation with the repository OpenSimplex2, roughly like this.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
