Looking at the src for redocly this appears to be the culprit: https://github.com/Redocly/redoc/blob/master/config/docker/docker-run.sh So you would either need to change the entry point in your dockerfile to a custom script that only does what you need from that startup script or set the ENV environment variable to the port you want.
