While you've got great advice here already; reading, analyzing, daily exercises and an insightful resource in Mythcreants, I'd like to add some grammar-related suggestions. Grammar software like Grammarly, or the opensource LanguageTool can help you catch mistakes, while Grammar Girl offers explanations more approachable than an average text book on the subject, and it's more specific (and in depth) than say, Microsoft Word's "about this sentence" help option.
