Not sure if I should major in CS

    There's a lot to unpack here and most of it is outside the scope of this subreddit. Where are you located? Based on what you've said so far, I recommend going to a CC and then transferring to a four year institution. The CC is basically training wheels for you to dip your toes in to the world of learning. In the meantime, go through this site: https://teachyourselfcs.com/ in parallel and see if it's actually something you have the aptitude for - good luck!
