It's very easy to do, most often you will find it in strings.xml. However, no one cares about piracy. We all have already been "caught" and changing the name doesn't change anything even if you change the application title but it doesn't make a difference in identifying an apk. The packagename can't change or you won't be able to update. The application title is just what you see yourself so besides making it more confusing when trying to find the game to launch this wouldn't change anything. Packagename and version code and version can be found byaapt/appt2 or any program that uses those. See for yourself using apk-info. I could name a game Dipshit Jones but the packagename for sniper elite VR would still be com.justaddwater.sniperelite or whatever it is and changing the packagename would be worse then signature mismatch for updating games. You would lose your save everytime you updated and have to manually delete the old game not to mention packagename changes would cause all kinds of trouble with sideloaders like rookies and @loader since packagename is how everything is identified from installing/uninstalling, to donation, to the whitelist and the blacklist etc etc. A lot of work to do something that will just confuse you...
