Anyone else think this extension could be forked to read DVD menus?

This extension: https://github.com/mosquito-byte/mpv-interactive-video Exists to allow playback of "interactive videos" like Netflix's Black Mirror: Bandisnatch. The way it's described to function sounds to me very similar to how a DVD player might read DVD menus.

I know there also exists https://github.com/CogentRedTester/mpv-dvd-browser, but I feel like a fork of Interactive Video may be more effective in accurately calculating the media paths that would better recreate a DVD menu. This would also allow access to interactive bonus features like Games.
