The data is all pulled from the NHL's API, and more specifically, the https://statsapi.web.nhl.com/api/v1/schedule endpoint which allows you to set a range of dates for the data it returns. My code does some work behind the scenes to get the range of dates for the remaining games in the week and to determine if each game is an off-night or not
