That other 50% will be easier or harder depending on your password and if you have things like multifactor authentication enabled. They can do a credential stuffing attack where they parse through breached databases for your email and find passwords you've used before. I assume your email is in some leaked database since you've had it for years, but you can check on a site like https://monitor.firefox.com/ . Let's say that's not the case and they just have your email, they can still do a dictionary attack or maybe even a more sophisticated attack if you're really worth it.
