So I did a bit of digging since I'm familiar with GitHub. Looking at their account there is a commit with the same name here that was pushed 4 days ago on the 2nd. The commit on the Wayback machine looks like it is from the 26th of Oct.
You can actually still see that fake commit live on Github: https://github.com/Loopring/loopring-explorer/commit/0f8632b2e57b9cfb2ed184956bffc16085205463 though it might delete it soon because no active forks reference it. Clicking the author will take you to the real windatang's Github profile, though.
