I've use this wrapper for Gnuplot: https://github.com/AwokeKnowing/GnuplotCSharp It's relatively easy to use with a console app. Not the prettiest, but it works. Looks like Ternary Plots are supported: http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net/docs_4.2/node58.html
