  Simple Minebench Spigot & Paper plugin made by Phoenix616 to limit mob spawning and entity placement depending on near entity count and spawn reason. FarmLimiter and FarmControl alternative.

  

Whenever clearlagg needs to remove entities, it loads up all the chunks to delete the entities, then your server does more work to add new entities. Thus, there is no use of any entities-clearing plugins. In place of that, use a entities-limiting plugin. I use this with papermc and my server never faced tps loss because of entities : https://github.com/Minebench/MobLimit
