https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/releases, I downloaded the last exe file for windows 64 bits, and when I press it displays that the bazel is cmd, okay I said i set as path and added the location of the Bazel executable to your my %Path, and still when I am running the command: python ./configure.py says bazel, is not install it has drive me crazy if someone could help a noob.
