Get Droptop Four from here ( Home | droptop four (wixsite.com) //highly recommend getting supporter version for extra customisation) 4. Extract the zip and install it by clicking on the .rmskin filetype (they also have a Server) 5. Customise it as you want :)

Experimental Dock style taskbar: 1. Since it's very buggy and just an eyecandy rn, not recommended 2. Get it from RoundedTB_P3.0.0_DEMO.zip (github.com) and extract it. 3. Navigate inside and click on RoundedTB.exe (very unstable) 4. Now click on advanced and then on dynamic thingy, you're almost done :-)
