I use React. I haven't looked into it that recently, but my impression is that the landscape of JS/React i18n libraries is in constant flux, there's no real standard, there's no real "best" one. I have seen ones that look pretty cool and powerful (for instance, supporting JSX inside text, like if you have one word bold in a sentence of something) but I don't want to hitch my horse to the wrong card.
