    Epiphany Flatpak Ref (by elementary)

  • Epiphany on elementary OS is acceptable if you have a fast enough processor (I use an i7-9700). However, they made quite a lot of improvements from 3.38 to 40, and Gnome Web 40 on Fedora is quite a lot better than Epiphany 3.38 on elementary OS. That's why the developers are planning to release Epiphany 40 to the AppCenter repository as soon as they get it patched with the elementary visual style. You can see their progress here: https://github.com/elementary/browser/issues/30
