Does anybody know where this is, if it even exists in the vanilla version? Saw this on Twitter and can’t for the life of me figure out if it’s real or not.

It's a mod named Second Wind, which you can find mod files for here. You can find a guide on how to use these mod files here. The mod is only for Wii U atm, but a Switch version is planned. You can find other Wii U BOTW mods here, and other Switch BOTW mods here. Mods are usually run in an emulator for the Wii U build, but they can be run on the console too. lmk if there's still something you're confused about, and I'll add it here for other people.
