Looks like this is the original github account & project: https://github.com/ornicar/lila There are lots of forks of this main repo as well as some of the sub-sections (eg lila-openingexplorer) or alt language implementations. Not sure which the most mature or active are but I think (from my 3 min search) this is the starting point for it all.
