There are a huge number of Neovim 'one size fits all' configs like https://github.com/LunarVim/LunarVim , this is just taking it a step further to incorporate the entire OS and all the tools that integrate. Beginners can just install in a virtual machine and play around with how someone else who has spent a huge amount of time configures their machine. They can then copy and paste the bits they like, I wouldn't expect anyone to install it as is.
