  Edit every line in a quickfix list at the same time

I like to use grep/ag/ripgrep + https://github.com/Olical/vim-enmasse for things like that. enmasse allows you to open the results in quickfix as a buffer which you can then edit as you please, writing your changes back to the files / results. I prefer that to "blindly" replacing things as you can verify your changes easily or, for example, use :%s/foo/bar/gc to individually approve things.
