It hasn't yet officially released, no. I'm still working on finding some way to source better art than the current auto-generated art (only slightly better than static), but that's actually in progress right now. I've got a small list of bugfixes to do past the current beta release, but I'm always interested in feedback. You can find the current release on my github here. Simply download the .jar and drop it into your mods folder in your slay the spire directory, and you'll have access to it like any other workshop mod. Let me know if you have any bugs or feedback!
