Is there an effective solution for implementing data-fetching logic while keeping the codebase DRY?

I’d recommend using react-query: https://react-query.tanstack.com It will help you creating a standard logic of fetching the data. Also if you are pulling the same data in different components, you won’t repeat the process. As for the if/else, you can create it in a Layout, and wrap your component around this Layout.
